We collect only what we need to verify a member, place them, and serve them within the Federation. Contact details such as a phone number are private to the member and to the Federation team; they are never shown to other members.

Verification records are held for as long as the law requires and are seen only by the reviewers who need them.

A member may ask us at any time for a copy of their data, or for its correction.

The data controller is Wandering Mystic LLP, which operates MBF Freedom on the Passion to Profit Hub platform. Payment records are held by Wandering Mystic LLP and by our payment processor, Razorpay. Questions about your data may be sent to support@muslimbusinessfederation.com.
