Refunds

Membership fees fund the Federation work for the year of membership. Where a member has not yet been placed and asks to withdraw within the stated cooling-off window, we will return the fee in full.

After placement, fees are not returned, as the Federation has already committed the resources.

Requests are made through Support and answered within a stated working period.

Memberships are billed by Wandering Mystic LLP, the legal operating and merchant entity for MBF Freedom on the Passion to Profit Hub platform. Approved refunds are returned by Wandering Mystic LLP through Razorpay to the original payment method, usually within five to seven working days.
